Toolbox is a huge online retailer based in the UK, predominantly dealing and selling in the hand tools and also power tool market. The site attracts a large quantity of visitors and is up there with the ?big boys? in regards to pricing, quality and variety.

Scott continued on about the lucky buyers who wrote into the company; ?A couple of the people who were lucky enough to pick up 1 (or a couple) of the discounted products actually wrote us thank-you letters and emails saying how delighted they were with the items and service. Little things like that go a long way and it?s something that every company should seek to do once in a while.?
